About

After practicing international trade law for over 20 years, I found my passion in making art. While I still practice law, I am an aspiring artist and illustrator who loves every minute in my studio and illustrating my life in my sketchbooks. I am so devoted to sketchbooks that I am committed to making some art at least once a day. While I work in many sketchbooks at the same time, to date, I have completed over 50 sketchbooks and my collection keeps growing! Currently, I love to work in watercolor, pen and ink, and gouache. 

I live and grew up in the San Francisco East Bay with stints of living in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and The Netherlands. I love urban sketching (i.e., showing the world, one drawing at a time) and have participated in the Urban Sketchers Symposium in Chicago in 2017 and will be attending the Symposium this year in Porto in July. 

I am available for commissions, freelance illustrations, and representation. My artwork is available as originals, prints, and on products through Redbubble and Society 6.
